This Committee shall consider all proposed amendments to CUPE Local 3260’s Bylaws and shall submit its’ report and recommendations to the Executive by the middle of February each year. This Committee shall also recommend any additional rules, as it deems necessary for the conduct of CUPE Local 3260.
