Violence is NOT part of your work! If you have experienced violence in the workplace, we encourage you to fill out the incident report form below as well as a WCB claim form. Even if you are not making a claim with WCB, you may experience issues related to the incident down the road. Further, by filling out a WCB form, it will trigger WCB to send their own form to the board notifying them of your injury. The board tracks these documents – so it is important that we do this.
If you are ever told NOT to fill out a form – please contact the union directly to discuss.
